Hey, I’m Emily.

I'm excited to find an opportunity where I can bring together my love for agriculture and my experience in marketing. As a purpose-driven Reformer, I’m passionate about using strategic storytelling to elevate rural communities and inspire meaningful change. I’ve built a strong foundation through campus leadership, content creation, and strategic outreach, and now I’m ready to apply those skills in a professional setting.

My Background

Early-Life

I grew up on my family’s fourth-generation row crop farm, where we raise corn and soybeans. From an early age, I developed a deep understanding that agriculture is not just a career, it’s a lifestyle and a passion. In high school, I became deeply involved in the National FFA Organization and 4-H. I also served as a go-to leader, overseeing and launching numerous initiatives and clubs within my school.

Present-Life

I am currently attending Black Hawk College East Campus, where I’m pursuing my Associate of Science degree. I serve on the Soil Judging Team and act as both a Student Ambassador and a Marketing Ambassador. I’m also conducting research on the impact of social media on college enrollment. Outside of school, I stay involved with my high school FFA alumni association and the county Farm Bureau Young Leaders, and I continue helping out on the farm.
